Unfortunately it comes at around 25 degrees still during lunch time, but who cares. Everyone else is wearing thigh high boots, i cant do that cause its too hot. Growing up, my parents made an especially big deal about the 4th of July as my neighborhood used to host an annual parade for the kids.
